The Punch Trophy Getters Speed Ball is a 10 inch ball and is on the wider side, designed for beginners as it is easier to hit being slightly larger. It is designed to improve hand/eye co-ordination, speed and technique when boxing training. This particular Punch speed ball has no zipper and no dangerous rivets which will prevent any point on the ball that can potentially cut your hands. There is a strap sewn in to the ball all the way around the entire length which gives it strength and durability. There is a narrow loop sewn on to the top of the ball to connect it to most swivels.
