The Polar FT60 is the perfect training tool for someone looking for regular guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals. Like all units in the FT range, the FT60 utilises the easy to use 5 button navigation system, to scroll through menus and change settings.

The FT60 also comes with the comfortable Wearlink Coded Transmitter which has user replaceable batteries, as does the FT60 watch (we recommend changing these every 12 months).

The FT60 is able to store up to 99 exercise files, and with the use of the Flowlink device, data stored on the watch can be uploaded to Polar’s FREE online software. The Flowlink is not included with the FT60 but is available under our accessory section.

Where the FT60 stands out, is with the Polar STAR Training Program. This program allows you to set a goal, and the watch will provide you with weekly targets to reach. The targets are based on spending a certain amount of time in 3 different heart rate zones. If you are successful with completing the weekly targets without over or under training, the program will change.

The FT60 also includes the Polar Fitness Test, which helps provide an approx VO2max. This figure allows for a greater accuracy when calculating calorie expenditure.

Features of the Polar FT60 are:

• Exercise summary showing duration of workout, maximum and average heart rate for the session, time spent in heart rate zone and calories burned.
• Basic watch functions which includes time of day and date, alarm, lockable buttons and ability to set a second time zone.
• Compatible with the S1 Footpod & G1 GPS Sensor, which will provide speed and distance data to the watch. Both available under our accessory section.

• Male version watch has a wider and longer wrist band than the Female version.
